Cupping Therapy

Cupping refers to an ancient Eastern medicine practice in which a cup is applied to the skin and the pressure in the cup is reduced (by using change in heat or by suctioning out air), so that the skin and superficial muscle layer is drawn into and held in the cup. In some cases, the cup may be moved while the suction of skin is active, causing a regional pulling of the skin and muscle.

This treatment is applied by acupuncturists to certain acupuncture points, as well as to regions of the body that are affected by pain (where the pain is deeper than the tissues to be pulled). A certain amount of bruising is expected both from fixed position cupping (especially at the site of the cup rim) and with movement of the cups.

Auricular Therapy

Auricular therapy is applying acupuncture or put the herbal seeds to only the ears of a person. By limiting them to the ears only or combining with normal acupuncture treatment, it can improve in many body conditions. According to the principles of Eastern Medicine, ear is a microcosm for your entire body. There are points in your ear that connect to each major organ. And points on the lower half of your body are at the top of your ear, and vice versa.

Each ear seed, a small, hard vaccaria seed, is placed on your ear for up to a week, the usual interval between treatments. Ear seeds are a non-invasive treatment that does not penetrate the skin. During the intervals, applying gentle pressure on the seeds will enhance the treatment.

Auricular therapy may help health concerns by:
•Reducing chronic pain, headaches, depression, anxiety and stress
  •Improving sleep
  •Supporting weight reduction and control
•Reducing cravings and withdrawal symptoms from smoking, medication and drug use
  •Enhancing sense of happiness

Acupressure Therapy

Acupressure is an ancient healing art using the fingers to gradually press key healing points, they are including acupuncture points, which stimulate the body's natural self-curative abilities. Acupressure was developed in Asia over 5,000 years ago. Using the power and sensitivity of the hand, Acupressure Therapy is effective in the relief of stress-related ailments, and is ideal for self-treatment and preventive health care for boosting the immune system. Acupressure releases tension, increases circulation, reduces pain, and develops spirituality and vibrant health.

Qi-Gong: Meditation & Exercise

Qi-gong is a powerful system of healing and energy medicine from Eastern country. It is the art and science of using breathing techniques, gentle movement, and meditation to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the life energy (qi). Like any other system of health care, Qi-gong is not a panacea, but it is certainly a highly effective health care practice. Many health care professionals recommend Qi-gong as an important form of alternative complementary medicine.

Qi-gong creates an awareness of and influences dimensions of our being that are not part of traditional exercise programs. Most exercises do not involve the meridian system used in acupuncture nor do they emphasize the importance of adding mind intent and breathing techniques to physical movements. When these dimensions are added, the benefits of exercise increase exponentially. The gentle, rhythmic movements of Qi-gong reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system. It has also been found to improve cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and digestive functions.

Nutritional Therapy

The most of health problems in modern society may result from weaknesses in the body's physiological foundations as a result of poor nutrition. In Eastern medicine, the constitutional food based on the biochemical individualities, can keep your healthy body condition with vitality.
